Our Story
Baked goods are a staple in every home!
Fashioned after our favorite old school bakeries in New York, Lauras Bakery brings a fresh look and feel that you can taste. Our primary goal is to return to the true roots of gourmet baking traditions that have been lost over the years. We commit to using natural rich butters, creams, fresh fruits and savories to maximize taste. We bake our perfected recipes using classic techniques and our products are free of preservatives or fillers as to not compromise quality. Our products are baked fresh daily using these true ingredients to awaken your taste buds that will spark flavor nostalgia. The days of air filled breads and synthetic sweeteners are gone!

Our Style
We uniquely combine our ready to order counter with an open air café seating to give a full gourmet eatery experience. We offer a full range of housemade breads, pastries, sweet treats, packaged specialties, a unique line off gourmet pizza and light dining menu. In addition, we serve an array of classic, healthy beverages and our specialty organic and fair trade coffee beans. Our packaging retains a hand crinkled look that reflects the artisanal rustic nature of our products and techniques.

Our Responsibility
Lauras Bakery adamantly stands behind being environmentally and ethically conscious when it comes to our business. All packaging is made of recyclable materials certified by FSC. The FSC label guarantees environmentally conscious production for wood and paper and secures animals and plants are protected during the process.
