Med vores passion for mad og glæden at give vore kunder mulighed for at smage Italiens enkle og smagfulde retter samt den ægte smag af det italienske køkken har vi ønsket at skabe et nyt miljø i Espergærde.
Det glæder os derfor at meddele, at vi den 21. maj åbner:
Den nye Cafè Divino!
Da begynder vi på en rejse med kvalitet for øje, som vore kunder kræver og forventer. Og fra denne dag målretter vores dedikation mod at søge efter produkter i lokalområdet, som har en kort produktionstid og består af økologisk ingredienser.
Vores vinkælder tilbyder udelukkende italienske vine, hvoraf størstedelen er økologisk, og som lovprises af vinkendere for deres kvalitet. Vi tilbyder et bredt sortiment af fantastiske italienske vine.

Efter nogle år, hvor vores restaurant har været en ”vinbar-restaurant efter enkel koncept”, er vi nu overgået til at være en eksklusiv "Wine Bar Jazz Cafè, som har tilført den atmosfære og gæstfrihed, der er så typisk for Italien, med international, afslappet kvalitetsjazz. Det har gjort plads til anerkendte danske jazzmusikere og orkestre fra hele Europa og Sydamerika.
Samtidig vil det italienske varemærke "Made in Italy" sammen med det venlige og professionelle italienske personale gøre, at du føler dig godt tilpas.
Vores målsætning er at følge dig på en rejse gennem de traditionelle italienske smagsoplevelser, som er moderniseret til nutidens smagsløg, i hyggelige omgivelser til lyden af ægte jazzmusik.

Welcome!!!

The passion we feel about food and the joy we feel in giving all our customers the opportunity to taste the simple dishes from Italy and the Italian food traditions and the taste of the genuine Italian cuisine have resulted in a new objective for us in Espergærde in the North of Zealand.

On May 21, 2015, the new Cafè Divino will be launched.
From this day on we will launch our new concept which targets quality for our demanding and attentive customers. From this day our dedication will focus on seeking local produce and introducing the strategy from farm to fork of which most are biological ingredients.
Our wine cellar only offers fine Italian wines, mainly biologial, combine the outstanding quality of the wines Italy is known for with a wide range of excellent products.
After a few years of being a “simple-winebar-restaurant”, we have now crossed over to becoming an exclusive "Wine Bar Jazz Cafè, adding and mixing in a touch of typical Italian joie de vivre with an international and relaxed environment of quality Jazz, which includes some of the most acclaimed and well-known Danish jazz musicians og jazz groups from Europe and South America.
At the same time, the elegance of the brand known as ”Made in Italy" as well as the friendly and professional approach from our Italian staff will make you feel at home.
All in all, the objective of our mission is to take you on a journey through the tastes of the traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist in our modernised premises, accompagnied by a few notes of jazz music.

La passione per il cibo ed il piacere di dare ai nostri clienti l’opportunità di assaporare piatti semplici della nostra tradizione e del vero gusto della cucina italiana,ci ha portato a creare una nuova realtà per Espergærde.
È così che il 21 Maggio 1994 nasce:
Cafè Divino!

Da allora abbiamo intrapreso e sviluppato un percorso mirato alla qualità ,per una clientela esigente ed attenta,da qui la nostra dedizione alla ricerca dei prodotti a chilometro zero,alla filiera corta,al biologico per ognuno degli ingredienti dei nostri piatti.
La nostra enoteca,di vini rigorosamente italiani,e in gran parte biologici,esalta negli abbinamenti la qualità risaputa del vino del nostro paese, in un vasto assortimento di eccellenti prodotti.

Dopo alcuni anni,quello che era una “semplice enoteca-ristorante”,si è trasformato in un esclusivo "Wine Bar Jazz Cafè, aggiungendo ed amalgamando all’atmosfera tipica dell’accoglienza
italiana,l’ambientazione internazionale e rilassante del Jazz di qualità,dando spazio ad alcuni dei più affermati e conosciuti jazzisti danesi e a gruppi provenienti dall'Europa e dal Sud America.

Al tempo stesso, l'eleganza del vero marchio "Made in Italy",abbinato alla simpatia ed alla professionalità, indiscutibile, del nostro personale, rigorosamente italiano, non mancherà di farvi sentire a vostro agio.

In sintesi l’obbiettivo del nostro intento è quello di accompagnarvi attraverso un viaggio tra antichi sapori, contemporaneità nel buon gusto del nostro design,abbinato alle note della musica jazz.
